Biller Genie Announces $22 Million Series B

Gunderson Dettmer represented Biller Genie, a cloud-based accounts receivable automation platform, in its $22 million Series B financing.

Biller Genie integrates with leading accounting software and payment providers, and automates invoicing, payment collection, follow-up, and reconciliation. The company will use the new funding to accelerate its global expansion and scale its product development. 

“This capital allows us to scale with intention,” said Thomas Aronica, Founder and CEO of Biller Genie, in the announcement of the transaction. “We’re investing in global expansion, including building our Belfast engineering center to more than 100 engineers, expanding and developing our executive leadership team, and continuing to enhance our platform so we remain the most advanced AR automation solution for SMBs.”

The Gunderson deal team was led by Joe Berklund and included Alex Weaver and Sam Collier.
