Axle Health Announces $10M Series A to Advance Home Health Operations
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Axle Health, a Los Angeles-based healthcare technology company, in its $10 million Series A financing led by F-Prime with participation from Y Combinator, Pear VC and Lightbank. Axle Health is transforming home healthcare operations through its proprietary AI-powered logistics platform. The company’s platform enables healthcare organizations to efficiently deploy clinicians for in-home visits, optimizing scheduling, route planning, and patient engagement while seamlessly integrating with existing EMR systems. The new capital will help Axle Health scale its platform, advance AI-driven scheduling and patient engagement, and grow its engineering and operations teams.
In the announcement of the transaction, CEO of Axle Health Adam Stansell said, “The healthcare industry is experiencing a fundamental shift toward home-based care, accelerated by changing patient preferences, value-based care initiatives, and advances in remote monitoring technologies.
