AI Reconciliation Simetrik Announces $30M Financing
Gunderson Dettmer represented client Simetrik, a leading AI reconciliation platform, in its $30 million financing led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. Simetrik’s no-code platform, powered by agentic AI, enables enterprises to automate complex reconciliation processes, standardize financing data and ensure compliance across millions of transactions.
This financing brings Simetrik’s Series B to $85 million and will accelerate the company’s plans for expansion in the United States and other markets.
In the announcement of the transaction, CEO and Co-Founder of Simetrik Alejandro Casas said, “Goldman Sachs’s continued support validates the global demand for a purpose-built AI reconciliation platform.
