Adara Ventures Leads Articul8 $70 Million Series B

Gunderson Dettmer represented Adara Ventures as the lead investor in the $70 million Series B financing of Articul8, an enterprise generative AI software company. NXC Corporation, Aditya Birla Ventures, and other strategic investors also participated in the round.

The company will use the new capital to accelerate global expansion, deepen its proprietary reasoning technology, and support growing enterprise deployments across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Dan Green and Federico Varni, and included Vikram Dharasker and Julia Golombik.
