The SEC has announced the agenda and panelists for its upcoming roundtable on executive compensation disclosure requirements, which we previously discussed . The roundtable will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 from 1pm to 5:35pm ET, and will be webcast live on SEC.gov. Registration is not required for online attendance. A recording of the roundtable will be posted to the SEC’s website after the event.
