Liz is co-head of the executive compensation practice.
Liz’s practice encompasses a wide range of compensation and benefits matters with a focus on emerging growth and technology companies, including equity compensation plan design, employment, incentive, change in control and severance arrangements, compensation-related corporate governance and SEC disclosure rules and associated tax and securities law matters. She counsels public and private companies at all stages of development, venture capital firms and executives, including in a variety of corporate transactions, IPOs and venture capital financings.
