Edward is a corporate fund associate in our Los Angeles office.


Edward represents a number of leading venture capital firms. He specializes in the formation, organization and operation of venture capital and other private equity funds and their general partner and management company entities, including representing fund clients in connection with their investments.
Edward also advises emerging companies on formation and corporate governance matters, and venture capital fundraising. He has represented a wide variety of companies, including those focused on retail and consumer products, fintech, agtech, life sciences, advanced learning technologies and cybersecurity.
Prior to his career in law, Edward worked for over ten years at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., where he led strategy work under the Federal Reserve’s initiatives to foster fintech innovation and risk-management examinations of systemically important financial institutions.
