Donna is a corporate and securities associate.
Donna is a business-minded corporate lawyer who specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and SEC compliance across a broad range of industries in the U.S. and Latin America. She is a native Spanish and English speaker and fluent in Portuguese.
Donna has represented clients in numerous M&A transactions of venture-backed companies, including sellers, buyers and investors in mergers, stock purchases, asset sales and other strategic transactions, including joint ventures, minority investments and complex strategic relationships. She has also represented issuers, underwriters, and private equity firms in capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, SPACs, follow-on equity offerings, and public and private high-yield debt offerings.
Prior to joining the Firm, Donna practiced in the Silicon Valley and New York offices of White & Case.
