Claudia is an employment law associate in our Silicon Valley office.
Claudia provides strategic advice and counseling to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including workplace policies and procedures, hiring and firing practices, layoffs and RIF’s, wage and hour laws, reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, EEO compliance, employee discipline, performance reviews and documentation, unfair competition, and family and medical leave.
Claudia has successfully defended employers against claims of wrongful discharge, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and unfair competition in state and federal courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Claudia received her J.D. from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from U.C. Berkeley, summa cum laude, majoring in Economics with a minor in German.
Claudia is a member of the California State Bar.
