Cheryl represents investors and emerging growth companies on corporate transactions at all stages of a company’s life cycle from incorporation to exit.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Cheryl trained and practiced at a top tier international law firm, where she advised clients on an extensive range of high-value corporate transactions with a focus on cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financings. Her key clients included technology companies in early stages of financing, Fortune 500 companies (including FAANG companies) and high profile venture capital firms.
Cheryl graduated with Honours from the National University of Singapore, where she was part of the University Scholars Programme. Cheryl was awarded a distinction in the Singapore bar examinations.
