Brad is an executive compensation & employee benefits associate in our New York office.
Brad specializes in compensation and employee benefits issues for start-ups, emerging growth and public companies as well as their executives. He counsels companies on compensation and benefits issues that arise in public and private M&A transactions and venture capital financings. Brad provides advice on the design, negotiation and implementation of employment agreements and incentive compensation programs for public and private companies, management groups and individual executives. His practice also includes compensation related corporate governance and SEC compliance, and other related corporate, tax, and securities law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad practiced in the New York offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
