Blessing specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Blessing’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Blessing represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Blessing received her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served on the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Blessing practiced in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
