Beatrice is an associate in the Licensing, Strategic Partnering and Commercial Transactions group.
Beatrice specializes in corporate partnering, strategic alliances, data privacy, technology protection, and licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets. She advises emerging companies and venture capital firms on intellectual property, technology, and privacy aspects in connection with financings, M&A activities, and commercial transactions.
Beatrice represents company clients in a wide variety of industries, including life sciences, biotech, pharma, health tech, hardware, software and SaaS, fintech, information technology, media, and consumer products, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Prior to joining Gunderson, Beatrice worked as a legal intern at the Cyberlaw Clinic within the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC through the Student Honors Program.
