Atul Jain

Atul provides strategic advice to start-ups, emerging growth companies and venture investors on compensation, benefits and employee related matters. He works with clients to design compensation programs that attract, retain and incentivize key employees, including stock option, restricted stock and other equity plans. Atul also has significant experience negotiating executive employment, separation, retention and change of control agreements and navigating clients through compensation, benefits and employee related issues that arise in domestic and international M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Gunderson, Atul was a Senior Associate in the New York office of Clifford Chance LLP.
