Anna is of counsel in our Singapore and Beijing Office.
Anna focuses her practice on the representation of global and Asian private equity/venture capital fund sponsors in the fundraising of global and Asian funds. Anna has represented institutional investors (including sovereign wealth funds and fund-of-funds) in LP investments. In addition, Anna has advised secondary funds in the purchases and sales of partnership interests or portfolio company interest in secondary transactions. Furthermore, Anna advises global fund managers in seeking cooperation with Chinese fund managers to explore the PRC market under the QFLP and QDLP programs.
Anna earned her law degree from New York University School of Law (LL.M in Taxation), University of Virginia School of Law and Fudan University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and holds legal practice qualification in the PRC.
Anna is also an AICPA qualified in the State of Washington.
