Andrew is a corporate and securities associate in our New York office.
Andrew specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Andrew’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. While at Penn Law, he also received a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School. Andrew graduated summa cum laude with his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
Prior to joining Gunderson Dettmer, Andrew was a mergers and acquisitions associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
