Andrew is a corporate and securities associate in our Boston office.
Andrew specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Andrew represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, biotech, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
While at Harvard Law School, Andrew worked on the Harvard Law and Policy Review, provided volunteer work for the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project, and served as Vice President for the American Constitution Society.
Andrew graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in May 2014, majoring in both History and Political Science.
