Alexandra is a corporate and securities associate in our New York office.


Alexandra specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
Alexandra’s practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. She represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, financial, food and agriculture, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms.
In law school, Alexandra was a member of the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center Clinic and served as an Associate Editor of the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy. Prior to law school, she spent several years at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management where she served on a management team responsible for designing and executing global strategic programs focused on business development and the fulfillment of regulatory commitments. Prior to that experience, while serving as an Analyst for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, she also covered ultra-high and high net worth clients, with a focus on wealth advisory, portfolio analysis, and the implementation of investment and credit solutions for individuals, families, and endowments and foundations.
During her free time, Alexandra enjoys traveling and playing tennis and golf.
