Abby is a legal consultant in our Beijing office. Abby specializes in venture capital and private equity financings, FDI, M&A, restructuring and general corporate matters. Her clients’ industries include Internet technology, biomedical, AI technology, SaaS and retail.
Abby received her B.A. from China University of Political Science and Law, and her J.D. from the University of Melbourne, School of Law. Abby holds legal practice qualifications in the PRC, Australia (federal and the state of Victoria) and New Zealand. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
