Marna is a technology lawyer and specializes in corporate partnering, strategic alliances, joint ventures, technology protection, and the acquisition, licensing, and commercialization of IP and technology assets in the U.S. and internationally. She also assists with IP and technology aspects of VC and growth equity financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Marna represents startup and emerging growth companies that work with technologies in an array of industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, information technology, software, hardware, e-commerce, internet, and media.

Marna’s recent projects include: negotiation of exclusive in-licenses to develop and commercialize certain promising antibodies for treating cancer; negotiation of a development and supply agreement for a novel injectable drug delivery system; negotiation of a breakthrough strategic partnership for a technology startup with the largest U.S. trade organization for its customer base; negotiation of an out-license of streaming analytics solutions to augment a large global company’s existing IT infrastructure platform.

Prior to enrolling in law school, Marna worked as a project manager and as a process engineer in a manufacturing facility of a large chemical company.
