Before joining Gunderson, Andrew represented publicly traded companies such as Block, Cisco Systems, Flextronics, Intuit, Sony and Symantec in numerous purchases of both publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as business combinations and divestitures.

Andrew’s notable transactions include:

Andrew was born in Alabama and raised in Virginia, but has called the Bay Area home for the last 30+ years. For better or worse (mostly worse, other than 2019), he has been a lifelong fan of UVA football and basketball.

Andrew is a graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Gunderson, he was a partner at Fenwick & West.
