LINDA is of counsel with our firm in Silicon Valley. Linda was formerly of counsel in the Palo Alto office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. Linda's practice specializes exclusively in the representation of venture capital funds, including venture capital fund formation as well as on-going representation and advice regarding securities laws and other matters pertaining to venture capital funds.

Linda holds a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley. She also received an A.B., with Distinction, from Stanford University. Linda is an active member of the California State Bar and Bar Association of San Francisco.
