BRIAN is a corporate partner in our New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of private and publicly held companies in the technology and life sciences industries and on the representation of venture funds and institutional investors that invest in those companies. Brian has extensive experience with a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings, PIPE transactions, leveraged buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises a number of companies and investors on compliance with state and federal securities laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked as an attorney in the New York office of O?Melveny & Myers LLP. He earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law and earned a B.M., summa cum laude, from James Madison University. Brian is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
