In addition to the United States these funds are investing in Europe, Asia, South America, Israel, and the Middle East. We have one of the most active investor representation practices in the world.

Our attorneys are staffed on client-centric teams that remain constant during our relationship with a client. We staff our client teams as leanly as possible—we don't believe in multilayered hierarchies, so most client teams consist of a partner and one or two associates. Every attorney on a team develops a deep understanding of our client’s business and the transactions in which the client is involved. We believe that the most valuable attorney training comes from hands-on experience. We therefore make every effort to use client work as mentoring opportunities—there is no better way to learn and improve than by working with a senior attorney in the heat of a deal. We believe our client-centric and team-oriented approach to the services we provide fosters an environment of consistent and regular feedback for our associates. We also have a mandatory training program of classes throughout the year, with a particular emphasis on classes in the Fall, after our first-year associates join us, and in the summer, during our Summer Associate Program. In addition, we provide topical training sessions throughout the year, presented by partners or outside experts, and encourage attendance at relevant training programs provided by outside organizations. To further assist our associates’ professional development, each new associate is provided with partner and associate mentors. In addition to the day-to-day mentoring we provide, our partnership meets semi-annually to review associate performance and provide feedback to our associates regarding their career development.
