• Corporate: JD 2006 – 2008 (Ideal candidates would have experience with international venture/private equity financing, public equity offerings and cross-border M&A.)
• Corporate-Latin America: JD 2004 - 2011 (Ideal candidate would have private equity and venture capital experience, representing investment funds and/or emerging companies. Alternatively, candidate may have cross-border M&A or capital markets experience. Candidate must be fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, but prior work experience need not be in Latin America.) This position will require frequent travel to Brazil, with the possibility of relocating.
